WHAT DETOX ACTUALLY IS

Days 1–3 | Terrain Preparation

ABOUT VAUGHAN

This work was built from the inside out.

Vaughan Sauverain spent years inside a body that no longer felt like home—trapped in chronic physical pain, adrenal fatigue, depression, anxiety, and a profound disconnection from himself. Injuries accumulated. Exhaustion became a baseline. The conventional medical system offered management. Something in him refused to accept that.

What followed was a sustained immersion into health, movement, breathwork, ancient healing traditions, and the science of how the human body actually functions. He sought out teachers, not trends. He tested everything on himself first. Slowly, the interference cleared. The fog lifted. The body he'd been living in began to feel navigable again.
