WHY ONE TO ONE
A group holds many people well.
It cannot hold you specifically.
The programs work. They are sequenced, structured, and they carry a great many people further than they expected to go. What they cannot do is look at you in particular — your history, your physiology, your load, and the specific set of patterns you have been running since long before you chose them.
Private work is not a longer version of a program. It is a different instrument. Nothing is handed over as a template. A way is built around what is actually true for your system, and then practised, week after week, until it is no longer effort.
There are two containers. The difference between them is not how much is covered. It is depth — and how far the work is taken once the body is no longer the limiting factor.

Private work is deliberately limited, and it is not purchased simply because somebody can afford it. There has to be genuine fit — that I am confident I can produce an exceptional outcome for you, and that you are someone I want inside this work.
Applications are personally reviewed. Where there is strong alignment you will be invited to a thirty-minute Private Assessment and Fit Call with me.

The application
A written application, read personally by Vaughan. It asks for the truth about where you are rather than the version you present. You will receive a response within 48 hours.
II
Private assessment and fit call
Where there is strong alignment, you are invited to a thirty-minute call with Vaughan. It is direct, and it works in both directions — including confirming which of the two containers is right.
III
Confirmation and start
If both sides are certain, a place is held and a start date set. Places are limited by design, and are not offered on the basis of means alone.
