The diet was not wrong.
It was just wrong for you.
You've tried the diets. Keto, paleo, vegan, carnivore, low carb, whole food.
You followed them properly and gave each one a fair go.
Some worked for a while. Some never did much at all.
And the whole time, someone else was doing exactly the same thing and getting the results you were hoping for.
It's not because you weren't trying hard enough, and there's definitely nothing wrong with you.
But what works brilliantly for one person's metabolism, won't necessarily do anything for yours.
This course will help you finally innerstand what works for your body.
Not someone else's.
Why the same meal does different things to different people.

This isn't a diet. It's a way of working out how your own body handles food, so you can stop guessing.
Two people eat the same breakfast. One is fine until mid-afternoon. The other is back in the kitchen within the hour, looking for something else.
That comes down to two things your body is doing quietly, all day. How fast you burn through food. And whether your system tends to run busy or calm.
If you burn fast, you need heavier food to stay steady — protein and fat hold you.
If you burn slowly, that same meal sits on you and slows you down.
Most people sit somewhere between the two.
That gives you three types. Protein, Mixed and Carbohydrate. One of them is yours.
The assessment tells you which type you are. The three weeks show you what to do about it. After that you won't need another course or an influencer or a health coach, because you'll know what your body is telling you.
The course stands on its own. It's also the natural next step if you've done one of our detoxes and now want to know how to feed the body you've cleared.
Most nutrition advice gives you just part of the answer.
I
Food quality
What traditional peoples ate that produced extraordinary metabolic health — traditional fats, organ meats, bone broth, fermented foods, properly prepared grains, and the fat-soluble vitamins that carry everything else into the body.
III
Light & circadian architecture
Why the right food eaten by the right type still underperforms in the wrong light environment. Your mitochondria respond to light before they respond to chemistry, and the sun sets the clock that food only follows.
II
Metabolic individuality
Why that food must be individualised, and how your type is determined. Autonomic dominance and oxidative rate — the two systems that decide whether a given meal fuels you or flattens you.
IV
Rotation & feedback
How to eat well without creating new immune burden, and how to read what the body reports back. The 4 Day Rotation and the metabolic tachometer — your two instruments for the rest of your life.
Food quality. Individual variation. Light environment. Immune protection and feedback. The integration is the method.
"Most people have not failed at nutrition.
They have been following instructions written for a body that was never theirs."

Three weeks.Four stages.
This course is about learning to hear what your body has been telling you all along. That takes time, which is why it's spread over three weeks rather than packed into one. Each week builds on what you noticed the week before.

Preparation
ORIENTATION & BASELINE
Before any teaching starts, you take the assessment and find out your type. You download the cookbook and the daily tracker, and get your kitchen sorted so the food you need is actually there.
Three habits start straight away. Mineral water when you wake. Ten minutes outside in the morning light. A few slow breaths before you eat.
That's all for now.
01
Week One — Know Your Blueprint
AWARNESS · ONE NEW HABIT ONLY
You find out what your type actually means, and why the same meal can leave one person energised and another one flat.
Then you start the Food and Mood Journal. It's a simple thing — what you ate, how you felt a couple of hours later — and it's the most useful tool in the course.
Everything that comes after is built on what you write down this week.
Nothing else changes yet. This week is for noticing.
02
Week Two — Fuel Your Type & Deepen Your Environment
IMPLEMENTATION . TWO NEW HABITS
Now you start eating for your type properly. You learn which fats are worth cooking with and which ones to leave alone, and which minerals your type needs most.
You also learn to read what happens after a meal. Steady or restless, clear or foggy, satisfied or still looking for something — that's your body telling you whether the last meal suited you.
And you start eating with the sun: bigger meals earlier, lighter ones as the day winds down — because when you eat changes what the food does.
03
Week Three — Calibrate & Inbody
INBODIMENT . INTEGRATION . SUSTAINABILITY
No new material. This is where it all comes together.
You go back through your own notes and adjust — type, ratios, timing. The 4 Day Rotation is introduced to help you widen what you eat rather than cycling through the same handful of meals & foods.
You'll also learn how your type shifts with stress, the seasons, your monthly cycle and age.
By the end of this week you'll know what to eat, when to eat it, and how to tell when something's changed. Not from following a plan, but because you can finally hear what your body is asking for. That's yours now, and nobody can take it back.

"I was exhausted and disconnected, relying on coffee and sourdough as coping tools. Now, I reconnected with my body, found joy in cooking again, and my cravings disappeared. I now feel lighter & happier!"

Note: This programme requires no supplements. Mineralisation is food-first throughout — Celtic sea salt, mineral-rich whole foods, bone broth, and the fat-soluble activators that make minerals usable.
Start with the assessment.

Twenty-one questions about how you eat, how you sleep, and how you handle a busy day. It's free, it takes five minutes, and at the end you'll know whether you're a Protein, Mixed or Carbohydrate type.
Take it before you decide anything else. If nothing else comes of it, you'll still know something about yourself you didn't know this morning.

Vaughan Sauverain is the founder of Aligned Sovereignty, a holistic health practice built around metabolic individuality, ancestral nutrition, circadian biology and nervous system regulation.
His work draws on the foundational research of Weston A. Price and Sally Fallon Morell in ancestral nutrition, William Wolcott's metabolic typing system, Dr Jack Kruse's work in quantum biology and light, and Paul Chek's rotation and body-feedback frameworks.
His own metabolic type is Protein-Mixed. He teaches this method because the principle underneath it holds regardless of type: the body is intelligent, it has never stopped communicating, and its language can be learned.
